Hello, So apparently when im using my mouse to do anything on my computer, it stutters and slows down like if it was lagging. I already tried un-installing windows 7, getting a new mouse (tested with wired), and updating my drivers. But I still have weird stuttering. I notice it when im using my internet browser, Photoshop, even gaming. My mouse just stutters, especially when theirs a lot of windows interface graphics. Sorry if I put this under the wrong forum (still new here), but does anyone know how to stop the mouse stuttering that's happening on my computer? Thanks!
