I'm skeptical about buying certain keyboards because I keep thinking the CHA fans on a PC case are 4 pin or 3 pin. Some motherboards come with 1 x 4 pin and 2 x 3 pins and others just have 3 x 4 pins. Someone explain.
Update
I want to put in a ASrock Z87 Extreme4 into a Corsair 500R. I'm not sure if all of the fans will work.

One isn't better than the other. Majority of current fans are 4 pin, so if your have an option that's what I would go with.

Well then I'm sticking with the expensive ASUS.

Asus and Corsair are two names that I trust. Whenever I have the opportunity, those are two brands that I'm always going to choose. Are they worth the extra money? Your bet your sweet @$$ they are. LOL To me they are anyway. When something works, go with it! And neither have ever left me disappointed. Good quality IS worth the extra cost.

GIGABYTE mobos aren't too bad as well I might buy GIGABYTE instead of ASUS. Only because it's less costly.

It's less costly because it doesn't have the quality and specs that the Asus has. Is saving money is more important than performance, then go with the Gigabyte. But if you want the best out of what you get, spend the extra money and get an Asus board. As SR-71 just pointed out, Asus really does have the best Haswell boards. I made the stupid mistake of getting an Intel board for my Haswell build. I LOVE Intel for their CPUs, but hell would freeze over before I bought another Intel motherboard. They are ceasing to make motherboards after the Haswell line anyway. It's a service to us all for them to cease production of the boards. LOL
