i had instal sims3 in toshiba satellite c800, but it said problem with video graphic card. how to fix it?

There appear to be several models of this laptop, the 'lowest', C800-1019 probably doesn't have the graphics capability to run it, but not knowing your exact model makes it a tough call., also as Austin says, knowing the exact error would be helpful.
