I'm going to be building my first gaming pc and I know a small bit about computers so I'd really appreciate it if you guys could go over the list I made and maybe give me some advice and opinions on it. I'd like to try and keep it under $2200 if its possible. Thanks in advance!

but you still gaming at one monitor, right?
it is a revision of your build, with better price/performance parts selection
better ram for OC
cheaper hdd
better psu for future SLI
same Asus brand for gpu and mobo

I was thinking about it but I don't know what i would drop for it /: Will the 770 be fine with everything else or should i try and fit the 780 into the build?

Oh, okay. I gotcha. I'll most likely be hooking up a 19' 1080p monitor with the Asus on my list for a live streaming chat. Will that effect anything or should I go with the 780 still?

I changed 2 things from AMD Radeon's build, an evga 780 it's $10 cheaper and clocked higher. Also a 750W xfx psu which is plenty for a single gpu, but if you do want to sli, stick with the corsair. I changed it to duck under your $2000 budget.
