Could this PC specs run Dolphin Emulator at playable framerates while recording?

Could this run skyward sword(dosen't have to be hd, just playable while recording w/dxtory or fraps.

This is my first post so sorry if this is miscategorized. Thanks!

If need be I can upgrade cpu and graphics card a little bit. Again, dosen't need increased settings/resolution at all, just needs to be playable.

Long Answer: Most of your hardware seems great, however the Dolphin emulator is not optimized to run on AMD processing units and motherboards. I would recommend an i5 2500k for higher end settings support, but if your going to run speedhacks/lower settings than the i5 2320 (about $60 more than what you're buying now) or the i3 4150k ($130) should work just fine for running games at a good framerate and 100% speed. You would also have to buy a motherboard that fits the i3 socket, but you probably already knew that.

Short answer: Go Intel for emulation.
