Solution
Some pumps come with a top, some do not. And some people like to replace the tops even if it comes with one. So for instance, you could get the top you listed, and then get a d5 pump to go with it. Or you could get a d5 pump with a top already installed.

You need a pump.
Alphacool makes better rads.
You need a pump.
You need fans for the rads.
You need a pump.
Res is fine, just may want to check and make sure it is going to work how you want with the pump you decide to get.
Did I mention you will need a pump?

You're welcome. With the rads, the reason I suggested alphacool is for one, they are all copper (a lot of rads are not ALL copper). They perform very well. They also come in all different sizes, 30mm 45mm 60mm and 80mm so there is def something you will like. And they have lots of nice features like ports all over the place, screw guards (one thing about most rads, they don't have anything stopping you from driving a screw right through the fins). Only downside is they are kind of ugly but they will be covered in fans anyway.
And I didn't comment at all on the CPU block you picked because it is top of the line, you won't be disappointed.
