Pc BSOD stop 0x0124

My pc is Bsoding randomly or when my ram is stressed, but memtest finds nothing wrong with my ram, my pc is not overclocked at the moment so it cant be a bad overclock.

Specs:
Core i7 4770k
8GB's of corsait value ram 1333MHZ
Gigabyte z87 d3h
Evga sc superclocked GTX760
Geforce 9600gt (physx card)
Corsair cx750m

My pc actually makes it into windows and can run stably until I shut it down, the bsod happens randomly be it in a game or watching a video on youtube, it could happen tomorrow or next week, I bought it bran new it's not even 6 months old.

I uploaded my minidump file if it is of any use. V
