Ok, so I have been looking through parts for a while, acquired A TON of knowledge about computers and building them, but I am currently stuck. My budget is $1400. I want a Intel build with a XFX R9 280x. I already have a build, but it passes my budget and i want to cool my GPU with water. I really need some help, I will provide the link to my build below:

Peripherals need to stay too. Monitor can be changed, but I need the peripherals.

Thanks Everyone!

Are you going to do a custom loop then? Also why not evo over hyper 212, and do you plan on watercooling your processor too?

Also what are you stuck on specifically?

The price is making me feel stuck, I want to keep my performance and storage but I need to go under the $1400 mark. I want a Intel system and I want to keep the xfx r9 280x and I want to water cool it I don't think its possible with that budget

You could go AMD no problem and save some money but I adjusted your original build.

This is as cut down as it's going to get without hurting quality too much.

I'm not sure we can make it any cheaper without taking a step down on the GPU.
