Is this card good for ultra 1080p gaming (with mantle)

I saw this deal and wanted to know if it is any good at handling games like Battlefield 4 on Ultra presets.

My current specs are

CPU: AMD A6 3670K (3.2GHz)

MOBO: ASUS A55MLX R2.0 (I Think)

GPU: AMD 7770

RAM: KINGSTON HYPERX BLU 8GB (1600MHz)

I can play on low at the moment but i really want to beef up my rig

If you want to get to similar settings at 1080p:

1. Replace the CPU with the Athlon X4 750K - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113328
2. Replace the GPU with the R7 260X - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202081

With those 2 replacements you will be able to play at similar settings @ 1080p smoothly.

I don't think that and upgrade of a few hundred MHz will help, I just have heard great things about the 270 and was wondering if this particular card on amazon is good because my budget is only $200

If you get an R9 270, your graphics card will be bottlenecked by that CPU.
