Your best bet is a 990FX chipset motherboard. Two good and relatively cheap ones are the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 and Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0.
However, the FX-6300 may bottleneck the GTX 760 SLI. I hope you have a good aftermarket cpu cooler to overclock the 6300 to prevent bottlenecking.

Yeah, it would make sense to get fx 8320 before sliing 760 to avoid bottleneck. ASRock 970 EXTREME4 costs about 100 usd (newegg) and gets the job done with sli.

How much of an OC would I need to put on the 6300?
I have it up to 4.1 already.

I would aim for at least a 4.5ghz. With a decent cpu cooler (Hyper 212 EVO or better), you should be able to achieve at least 4.5ghz with the 990FX chipset motherboard.
