personally, i'd save up some more (if budget is short), then get a 750Ti (or even lower x50), or a 7770.

640 is ok, just don't expect to be playing at max settings

If on a super tight budget then you could always go for a second hand card, a 660 or gtx 660ti or better is what you want to run most games on med to high settings with a decent frame rate. The 640 is not a good card unless you are not bothered playing on lower resolutions and graphic settings
