if my laptop displays only memory integrity test failed,then can i conform that my laptop has no hard disk problem?

Quite likely, but to be sure you should test it with the hard drive manufacturer's own diagnostic software for DOS which loads from a bootable CD. Download the appropriate CD Image from here: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287
