unplug the modem and router for a couple minutes. Shut down PC's first. Then wait 30 sec. Then uplug modem. wait 30 sec. unplug router, wait a minute.
Then after the minute, plug the modem power back in. then, you guessed it, wait 30 seconds. then router. wait a minute now let the modem and router fully turn on. Now you can turn the Pc's back on and see if the internet is better. Look into a firmware upgrade for the router, or contact your Internet Service Provider to try to get a new modem if the problem persists (also make sure its not a PC problem; firewall/virus etc).
generally it you help to give some INFO in your post though, it could be in issue with your PC network adapter?
