so you are talking about 500w of GPUs . so keep this in mind that both gpu will draw 500w at max . so it means your PSU is enough .

Yes, it will be. Actually, for gtx 770 sli 800w psu is commonly the choice but your psu is just enough and it's also of good quality so it won't be having any problems with sli. But only gtx 770 sli would be enough.
You cannot sli gtx 780ti with gtx 770, it won't work. So either sli gtx 770 or sli gtx 780ti.
I mean do not use one gtx 770 with 780ti. Either get 2x770 or 2x780ti.
I didn't really understand what you were saying, so correct me if I am giving you an opinion out of your question.

850 would be the rec.

tak the single gpu rec and add the sinle card usage to get 850watts.

is 100 watts under to much under? It is within the range of what is possible. If anything is overclocked then no. I have pushed many a power supply that far but it is an unnecessary risk. with a good pwer supply you run much less risk but you are asking allot of that PSU and I would NOT rec using it

You can't SLI a 770 and a 780 at the same time. The cards have to be identical for SLI to work.
