Hello friends.

This problem i have started sudddenly and i don't know what is causing it, i've been investigating in the internet but all the soluitons i encounter didn't solved anything.

So here goes.

When i start up my laptop in normal mode, it works fine if i do nothing.
But if i start google chrome or a game he crashes after some minutes ( like 5 minutes).
I thought it was a heating problem, so i cleaned the fan. By the way, the fan works properly.
This didn't change anything.

Then i searched my laptop for virus and malware (using Essencials and Malwirebytes), i encountered some malware and deleted them.
But, this didn't work too.

I tried to update the drivers, and i end up deactivating the GPU (don't know how i did it) then i started Chrome and other programsn and the laptop didn't shut down ! I was starting to feel hopefull but i tried to start a game and obviously it didn't start :p

I activated the GPU again and when i started chrome or a game it still shuts down.

I can only surf the net on safe mode because the laptop don't shut down in this mode.

I dont' know what may be the problem with my laptop.
This never happened before , i was able to play games like Left 4 Dead 2, Dead Island and this started from nowhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated?
Thanks in advance.

Video card may be bad. If it's not a heat issue, you can try a new setup of Windows (you can put in a different drive to keep your existing setup untouched) just on the outside chance it's software (which is not likely as your symptoms are classic bad video card). Maybe swap out the RAM or try one stick at a time.

Used Everest to check out My temperatures and they are normal.

I have 2 Kingston 2gb RAM.
I already started the Laptop with one at a time and the latop still crashes.

So bad Graphic Card may be the problem? I dont' understand, i always shut down my laptop properly, no blue screens, that's odd...

Guess it's gonna go to the junkyard then.

Just to be clear, what are your temps while doing anything that would normally produce a crash. Taking temps at idle means very little.

Did you happen to do anything before this started happening? (Like updating drivers or installed any new applications?)

At the very least reinstall your graphics drivers. (Do note that 99% of the time you want to use the drivers from the laptop manufacturer instead of the GPU manufacturer)

Temps:

Processor 47 °C (117 °F)
CPU 1 / Núcleo 1 41 °C (106 °F)
CPU 1 / Núcleo 2 39 °C (102 °F)
Diodo GPU 76 °C (169 °F)
Hitachi HTS721010G9SA00 29 °C (84 °F)

I think they're normal .

Get a laptop cooling pad, or try running it with a small fan or two blowing on the system, and keep it elevated off the desk with blocks. See if that keeps it stable longer. The video card is normal temps under high load, but getting close to the limit of what a laptop video card should be at, prolonged use at that temps can cause it to fail, which it looks like it's doing.
