I am looking for the best gaming PC that I could build for this price point. I want it to play on at least ~30 FPS on medium. Any suggestions?

Yeah but if you want the best gaming experience for that money you should go for a console, there isn't gonna be a decent pc at this price point. Not anything i would recommend anyway.
