Hey,
BUDGET : $ 100 - 200
I'm trying to design a new RIG, but has not much good idea about hardware,
I can't decide what CPU to buy with R9 280x GFX Card, I'll be using 8 GB RAM.
Please suggest a GOOD Cpu which gives best FPS in all games within this price range.
Thanks. Also tell how much power watt's power supply should I use keeping mind all those specifications above.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Solution
i5 4670k/i5 3570k, or the 8 core fx 8320 and overclock it, if you're feeling really cheap, the 6 core fx6300 is decent. With AMD you're going to want to overclock them a little though. Just depends how picky you are though. I'd go with the i5, but, settling on the 8 core AMD isn't the end of the world.

If you're just on 1080p you could save some money and drop to the r9 280, I have the hd7950 which is the same thing, and, I've always been able to play everything on 1080p ultra settings fine. AMD pricing has been fluctuating alot, you could also get a GTX 770 which is a great gpu

basically any i5 or higher is gonna be fine and the fx 8350 is looking better everyday with the advent of dx12 but its probably a couple years a year at least before that really hits. right now most games will do great with a four core but with dx12 this is gonna change it is going for the multi core so higher core count the better or in intel terms you would want hyper threading.

that's an APU which would negate the whole point of you having the r9 280x gpu

if you mean scrapping it all and going APU build...err...I think you're going to be disappointed. That's mostly for playing stuff on 720p low settings.

he is right apus while they are the future and are getting better the performance is still a little lacking

Hi.
Hope you don't mind me asking.
I have got AMD A10-7850K with R 280X Am I really that much worst , than if I had fx 8320 ? i mean will there be a massive improvement if I would upgrade my processor to fx 8320, or fx6300?
