I have a HP laptop 1 year old. When i put it on, its charging from battery only and not from the adapter. But the adapter is OK as i tested that with other laptop and its working fine. whats the problem might be?? pLZ PLZ help me .

laptop is charging from battery, but not from adapter. So laptop is working till the battery lasts.

Whereas the adapter is also fine, it is working with other laptops
