hi guys , can you help and give me specs for $520 gaming rig , i want to play on ultra settings on 720p ,plss help thanks ,btw..this is my maximum budget and i cant strectch it anymore

Maybe just use integrated graphics - say an i3 4340 with a stock fan on say an ASRock H81M mobo and 4GB (2 x 2) of 1600 RAM. Put them in a cheap case like a BitFenix Merc Beta case with a Corsair CX 430 Power Supply, Windows 7 and a DVD writer. Do a PartPicker List for where you live to see how much that costs.

This is a cost reduced build with close to the same performance of the one Coolcole suggested.
The G3420 is just a bit behind the FX-6300 in multithreaded performance. 99% of the time I don't think you'll notice any difference, since the video card is going to be the bottleneck anyway.
