my gtx 660 sc is 85 celsius not a problem?

if that is under full load at 85 that is a bit high but ok 90 or above is a worry
if that is at idle somethings wrong , perhaps if you took out the card and check that the fan/fans & heatsinnk are not clogged with dust
a blow out with compressed air carefully will fix that , you might also want to look into better airflow in your case
