I've seen that site before I don't think it's trustworthy but that's my opinion. Also I heard something about a German retailer with GTA V. It probably will come out much later. Try not to get your hopes up though I'm anxiously waiting for it too and all the cheat codes it comes with lol.

Also I thought it's already come out for xbox and ps4.

I live in Denmark. Pretty much all major gaming websites are saying that they will have the game around may/june.
There will definately be a pc version of it, but not excactly sure.

Rockstar said that they would not make a ps4/xboxone version of it, but they are probably lying. Some sites in denmark already leaked it by mistake. It isn't confirmed though.
