They are fine but the CPU can handle much better cards so really no bottleneck.

No issue, i5 3570 can even deliver gaming performance GTX 770 without bottleneck

so if you run a game, gtx 750 ti will reach its limit before i5 potential is exhausted

The Intel i5-3570 is a very solid CPU. It can pair well with high-end graphics cards, so the GTX 750 ti will be no problem for it. The only time you'll run into CPU bottleneck will be game-specific. Some games simply don't run well on any processor, just because of the way it is programmed, regardless of which GPU the system has. As for GPU bottlenecks, you will face one based simply on the processing limitations of the 750 ti in games that demand more performance. But that is fixed by simply turning down the settings. You'll be fine to run your computer as a gaming machine with that CPU and GPU.
