Confuse with PCIE versions

Im sorry to ask this thing. The Video Card is compatible with PCIE slot 3.0 but my motherboard only got PCIE slot 2.0, can I use/insert that video card to my motherboard ?

Yes you can.
PCIE 3.0 is backward compatible and will work in 2.0.
You wouldn't notice a performance difference either as video cards are just starting to get close to using up the full speed of 2.0.
