i just buy an evga gtx 780 ftw.i have a cooler master extreme 2 725 w which has a dual 12 V rail each of 28 A.Does it will be enough to power the card ?

I would immediately buy another PSU. The Extreme 2 doesn't have the quality and the 80+ certificate. You don't want to mess with the Extreme 2 and GTX 780
