PSU: Seasonic 620 M12II (80): http://www.komplett.ie/komplett/product/zkb-01com/80014807/seasonic-m12ii-bronze-evo-edition-620-watt/details.aspx
Case: Fractal Design Core (40): http://www.komplett.ie/komplett/product/zkb-01com/80014011/fractal-design-core-1000-usb-3-0/details.aspx
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB (55): http://www.komplett.ie/komplett/product/zkb-01com/20170310/western-digital-blue-1tb/details.aspx

Rough Estimate: 1000 Euros without monitor, OS, Keyboard, Mouse etc

Since you don't plan to overclock I went with the locked processor which is about 30 Euros cheaper than the k versions (unlocked for overclocking)

If you don't plan to overclock you can get by with the stock cooler but the cooler master 212 evo would be a bit quieter if you want one of those. I didn't use pcpartpicker for this since the availability on the website you provided is more limited.

Also, SLI/Crossfire is putting 2 of the same GPU into a system for increased performance but requires more power and generates more heat (so needs better cooling). The performance increase is not double but closer to 1.3-1.5x what the single card could do. I typically prefer a single card solution since single cards have better driver support, generate less heat, I dont have to buy a 750w PSU, and are more stable all around.

no i dont intend to overclock, i hear it puts a pc at risk
no the monitor does not have to be included in the budget
i prefer Nvidia
i prefer Intel
i have no idea what SLI/Crossfire is?

so would it be better to get the unlocked i7 processor instead in case i want to overclock in the future?

Personally I would get the unlocked i7 with an overclockable z87 mobo even if I did not plan to OC. It allows for the option of OCing and there are more mobo options for the z87 mobos. The difference would be about 30 euros for the i7-4770k.

Just so you know, the major difference between the i5 and the i7 is that the i7 has hyperthreading which, at this time, is not utilized by games so the performance difference between the i5 and i7 for games will be really small. If games start utilizing the hyper threading then the difference between them will increase.

I think that case would be work though I am not sure of the airflow in that particular case. I typically only go for Corsair, Cooler Master, Fractal Design and NZXT cases.

G-unit1111 typed this out in another thread regarding cases, I thought it was pretty good info:

Ideally the best case manufacturers are:

- Corsair
- NZXT
- Antec
- Fractal Design
- Bitfenix
- Azza
- Cooler Master
- Nanoxia
- Lian Li
- Rosewill
- Silverstone

These brands are decent but have flaws - OK to buy but not necessarily great, middle of the road:

- Aerocool
- Sentey
- Xigmatek
- Zalman
- In Win
- Thermaltake

These brands are junk and extremely poor quality - you do not want to purchase anything by them:

- Apevia
- Raidmax
- Xion
- Xclio
- Athenatek
- Diablotek
- Ultra (any SYX sub brand avoid like the plague!)
- Cubitek
- Apex
- HEC
