Both are semi modular, both are made by Seasonic, there is very little between them. The XFX is better priced so it's the one to go for. You could also include the Seasonic M12 II 650 which is basically the same thing too, or for that matter the NZXT Hale 82 650. All four are semi modular, 80Plus Bronze rated and made by Seasonic.

It's 80Plus Gold rated for efficiency, fully modular and isn't vastly more expensive than some of the other models.
