Hello,
I have bought a new computer recently.
i7 4770, Nivida GTX 760, 8GB.
I have read that people easily play on high and even ultra setting... my BF barely runs on even Medium setting(19 FPS)
What is the problem?
Maybe the screen causes problems?
thanks.

Nothing to do with the screen.

Is it slow in single player or multiplayer?

What is your resolution of your monitor?
I could see 19 fps if you are running at 4k.

I believe your system is trying to use the GPU from your i7 (which is a HD 4600) instead of the Nvidia GTX.

Either you disable the HD 4600 in the BIOS, or you have to force the game to pick the Nvidia GTX, however, but unfortunately
you will have to find out if it's an in game config or graphics drivers settings.

Good luck.

Is your screen connected to the motherboard or to the graphics card?

I don't see how there could be a problem, maybe you are running too many background programs/scripts.

Check the back of the case and see if the cable in plugged in near the motherboard ports on at the bottom on the videocard.

If it is only happening on Multiplayer then its obvious the problem isn't been occurring because of your CPU/GPU/Memory instead it is because of the internet connection.

Whats your net connection and what about the ping?

Internet connection won't impact the FPS, it will only impact the lag and loading times potentially.
