My LAN Cable is causing wi-fi connection problems when i plug it in. Pls Help

Hi guys i've been having this problem for quit a while now and i don't actualy know when it started but my internet works perfect when my pc is connected via lan cable to the router but my parnets are using their tablet and phones to use the wi-fi but the problem is when they want to go on the internet they can't, the internet just doesn't go through it gives no errors but takes ages it just doesn't work on their phones but when i unplug my lan cable from the router it works perfectly why is this happening

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just called my service provider for the 4th time and they finaly said it was a port error but i will keep posted to let you guys know if it has solved the error thanx for the reply btw

Advanced Wireless Settings

Wireless Advanced Settings(2.4GHz b/g/n)
Enable Wireless Router Radio
Turn off wireless signal by schedule

The wireless signal is scheduled to turn off during the following time period:
Period Start End Recurrence Pattern


WLAN
Name (SSID)
Region Africa
Channel 6(P)+10(S)
Wireless AP Enabled
Broadcast Name Enabled
Security WPA2-PSK


this is my wlan settings on my router what does the 6(P)+10(S) mean at the channel settings
