My PC is:
Asus Rampage III Black Edition
I7-970
12gb corsair vengeance ram
R9 290x -TriX (sapphire)
When Iam playing Elders scrolls Online I got 40 to 60 FPS....
No matter if the settings is on medium or Ultra :/
Low is 60FPS, but dont feels like... Have FRAPS and it says 60
Can u tell me whats is wrong cuz i really have no idea.
Its it my old CPU?
