Im using MSI 7970 TF, and when im playing BF4 maxed out, my gpu fans goes up to 80% and temperature to 80 Degrees. What could be wrong? Thanks

Make sure that you do not have any dust in your system, what kind of air flow does your computer have? Also what about ambient temperature? If your room is hot to begin with it won't help very much. If all those pass it's possible you will need to re-apply thermal paste to the cooler.

No dust, im using In-win BR 665 mATX case with 8 Fans (4x 120mm 2x 140mm 2x 90mm). Ambient temp is normal 21 degrees. Im worried why is my card getting so hot, is it false?

You haven't left us much info here. Fill in some of this info i putted below, then it would be much easier for anyone to find your card's problem. :)

Do you have a small case?
high room temp when gaming?
Are you using Mantle or DX11 in BF4, try using the one you don't use?
Have you tried any other games or is it only in BF4?
Have you playerd BF4 before without problems?

Though my solution without any info would be that you should just try sending it back for repair/replacement.

I wouldn't be able to tell if you are getting a false reading. You might want to mess around with the number of fans and the direction they are going. It looks like your rear exhaust fan is quite small. Is your top fan an exhaust as well? It's possible with so many fans in such a small case that the air isn't able to leave quick enough and you have hot air circulating inside.

Though not on a 80% fan speed. I don't know how MSI have their fan speed set, but i had a Sapphire 7970Ghz and it reached at most 70 degrees on 40% fan speed. I don't know when the MSI's fan speed will make it unbearable loud. mine was 45% would be very strange if they halved the max speed on their card.

I dont think its normal that fans need to work on 80% to keep it on 80 Degress

Do you think buying Arctic Accelero Xtreme 7970 GPU Cooler would change anything? Is it worth it to try?

How about your fps?`If you have a 60Hz screen then you might want to try limiting the max fps to 60 (you can do it in Dxtory trial or RadeonPro). Could it be that you gpu is working hard to achieve a fps count too high for you to even make use of, and in that proces also making the gpu hotter.

I once used Dxtory's fps limiter to actually limit all of my games to 60fps and my old card ran SO much quieter and cooler! (had a Sapphire 7970Ghz Vapor-X btw)
