Here it is. I have to use a saved part list because I already ordered the case and a fan :p
(Antec sent the wrong model case aswell. Two 120mm fans on top instead of one 200mm -_- with no LEDs)

My title pretty much sums it up. I know what it can do and how well it can do it. But would you consider it high end, in the middle, or low end?

Solution
I disagree with doing all that stuff because no matter how much money you spend on a build the parts will still become outdated as if you hadn't paid so much
Your build should be fine to play games on max next year and will still be a high end rig
When your rig can't play games on ultra or very high anymore (~2years time) you can add an extra gtx780 to sli as with feh generation of graphics cards being released will make the 700series drop in price or you could get one of the new 800series

If you did not have a limit I would fill your case with noctua fans, get a 900D, water cool it with 2x360" radiators, 4930k (6 core, but LGA 2011 socket), switch the motherboard for an asus rampage IV, and of course the Asus PG278Q 120Hz 1440p 27" monitor soon to come out, 4k monitor, Oculus rift, Xtrac XL 18" mouse pad, Rocat XTD or deathadder or G700s with a X-55 HOTAS settup for star citizen.

My point was earlier is that one year you might have a new PC, and 2 years from now you might want to buy a new graphics card to keep up with games. Hope you liked this list... I have heard really good things about noctua if you can get around their price.

Thank you for being reasonanle XD Believe it or not I do have a budget... This is going to take me time to buy the parts. And if I did the other guys suggestion... I can't even imagine how long that would take me. So I will just go with what I'm getting and upgrade my GPU in a few years.
