Hi,,
I need help on which GPU I should choose. I want to play many video games like Smite, Skyrim, Titanfall, Dark Souls 2, and ESO on high/ultra settings with little or no lag. I would like a price range up to no more than $200. Please let me know if you find a really good one!

I would get the R9 270 if you can spare the extra $20, but if not, the GTX 750 ti is a lot cheaper and does well, but the Radeon HD 7870 is right there on the $200 mark, but has much more performance.

The gtx 660 is also a good contender on here. You may also snag a nice 670 used at that price range.

I'm sure he doesn't want a used graphics card, and the 7870 is a tad bit better than the 660, but yes, the 660 is a good choice, thanks for pointing that out schau!

Which one is better, the R9 270 or the Radeon HD 7870? And will the better one give me what I want, maybe even more?

Tom's rates the GTX 660 as the best card for less than $200. I have an MSI Twin Frozr OC version one (cost me $174) and it plays every game I have on ultra settings including skyrim, far cry 3, metro last light and all the crysis games. I think it will work great for you.
If not a 660, then spend $209 and get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Well if he is buying used there is a r9 270x for 175 shipped with 4gb or ram .
Or a 660 ti for 160 shipped.
Buyer beware though.

The 7870 is better than the r9 270 in most cases.

How about this one? Will it give me what I want?

No, the 750 will not be able to deliver the performance you want. A 660 OC or 270X is the minimum you will want.

If I were you, I'd go with the 7870, it gives you great performance for the price.

A 270X and a 7870 basically cost the same price. Why would he get the 7870 over the newer and faster 270X?

That sapphire I suggested earlier appears to be out of stock at newegg now, so I'd go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The 270x is only faster than the 7870 at a few things, and it costs more, the 7870 has better power consumption.

Exactly, the 270X is faster than the 7870. It only costs $10 more and the power consumption is actually lower with the 270X.
Here is the link to the tom's review to prove it: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-280x-r9-2...
