How do I enable all the cores

winkey+r, type in "msconfig" and hit enter, click the boot tab, click advanced options, make sure Number of Processors is unchecked. Click ok, then click apply, exit and restart.

Once restarted all 4 of your cores should be enabled and will show up on programs like real temp like this:
