Yeah the power supply comes with a power cord and a selection of cords for the components, should be more than plenty (the whole point of a modular power supply is that you can cut down on the number of cables since most people don't need all the ones attached to a non-modular power supply).

You can use needle-nose pliers for the standoffs, or a nut driver if you have one that fits (they're pretty small). Personally I got a little adapter that sits over the standoff and lets you use a screwdriver for it; if you're lucky that might come with the case.
The motherboard comes with 4 SATA cables, so you have all the cables you'll need. Software, you just need Windows and can download whatever else you need (drivers etc.)

So you just need a screwdriver and maybe a tool for the motherboard standoffs.

We'll got plenty of screw drivers now what tool do I need for these standoffs? I take it the power supply comes with the power cords inside and though I am getting white individually sleeved cables and a rgb led light cord to lit up the inside.

Titan Black... *drool*...

That looks awesome - the only things I would have changed:

- Spend less on the RAM and more on a better cooler, such as a Thermaltake Water 3.0, NZXT Kraken X60, or Cooler Master Eisburg 240L.

- I would also spend a bit more on the PSU and get at least an 850W for SLI purposes.

Don't plan to sli for a bit and the psu on a comp has a lower lifetime so just gonna let it run it's course get a higher one later besides with a titan black I won't need sli for a bit. As for the cooler I thought about some water ones but I got a lot of a advice for that one from the site. And what I got will be fine for a bit since I won't need over clocking for any game for a good year or 2.
So heat will be fine for a bit or at least some paychecks till I get 1 or 2 case fans to control the airflow even more

So I don't need any software right? Not for the drive or anything besides the drivers that I don't really gotta pay for anyways. If so awesome can wait to put it all together in a week

Well these days all you really need is a Steam account, the necessary drivers and maybe the web browsers and Open Office and that's about it.
