How can I print from my smartphones ( android and IOS) to my Xerox Workcenter 6015NI

Many other print apps are available, just check with them to see if your printer will support them. With many printers you can send print jobs to them using an alternate driver, the HP LJ 4 driver is often emulated in laser printers and will work on many printers.

For IOS devices, same type of deal except you are going to be looking for Apple store apps instead.
