Hello!

I'm currently planning to update my system with a Mobo - CPU combo and I'm not sure which CPU cooler I should use. I plan to buy an Intel i7 4770 in combination with the Asus H87-PRO Mainboard LGA 1150 and I'm not planning to overclock anything.
First I started thinking abou this one:
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (http://)
But this cooler seems to have 12 or 16 cm in height which could be a bit too big for my case.

So my question would be if there is a smaller (in height) cooler that could be recommended for this situation without getting too hot or too loud? Or should I rather look for a bigger case?

Ah and I should mention that I have a 9" fan at the side of my case (right in front of the CPU) which is about 4 cm thick and with that the main reason why the Hyper 212 Evo won't fit in :(

I would be glad if someone could help me.

Best Regards

I'm afraid 14,5 cm would still be to big for the case I have. It should be less than 10cm.
