I am a dedicated gamer, and have just gotten a dell optiplex 3010 as my main system. However, it is slightly slow on more demanding games! So I've decided to upgrade! I want to get a graphics card, and i just want to know what the best card is. that i can get for $300?

dell optiplex 3010 power supply is only 265 watts. You'll need to upgrade that as well.
CPU is i5-3470... that should be good enough.
4gb of RAM.... upgrading to 8 would be nice.
