Hey, I am in need of a wireless NIC for my desktop (Biostar Hi-fi Z87x 3D motherboard). I am transferring to a different college and they only offer wifi, which I believe is 600 megabit wireless 802.11 b/g/n. I do not have a budget, but I need something that good and reliable. Thanks to anyone who has a suggestion.

I prefer a PCIe device... That looks good as far as specs go, but there were multiple complaints in the reviews about driver issues. Would you still recommend it or would I be better off not risking it?

Asus makes pretty good stuff. I would have no problem using this card myself. I would go to Asus' website and download the latest driver and have it ready when the adapter arrived.

Seriously, most driver issues are user issues. I wouldn't sweat those reviews.
