new cpu bad?

I just installed a new fx 8350 to my system and the first thing I did after turning on my pc was open cpuid to check it, this is what I got...

Is this a bad cpu?

Look at the CPU-z, its running at 1.4GHz.

Check your temps and let us know.

The only odd thing is that it doesn't report the name, codename or process node (labelled technology). The rest of the data is as it should be.

Yeah that's what got me worried. I've seen other cpuid screens that shows everything else. If this is normal then I guess I don't have an issue.

I don't think you have an issue, maybe it's just a CPUID bug.

The CPU isn't as efficient as the new core i5's and i7's but it's a great all around CPU.

Yeah I knew the the i5's and i7's are slightly better, but I already had an am3+ mobo and I didn't want to cough up more money for a new mobo. Plus I wanted to support the red team

I have an FX 8120 and it hasn't disappointed me yet. So if you just use your pc primarily for gaming, watching shows, and browsing the web then it doesn't make much difference anyway although the Core i5 4770K is better. Most of the time you'd only see the difference in benchmarks.
