HD Tune Pro Bad Results?

So I have been having problems with my computer being slow for the past few weeks. I decided to try HD Tune because it explains how your computer is doing overall.

This was the result: Click Here!

Can someone please explain what this means? I'm assuming that is is really bad.

Yeah that looks awful slow.

HD Tune only deals with hard drives not much else.

Please check the SMART tab for Pending sector count and reallocated and let us know the RAW values of those.

You may also want to try to change the drive data cable in case it is an issue.

Low results like that in HDtune can also happen if the drive is doing something else(downloading files or installing software.).
