How are you running the GTX 770 with a Rosewill 450 psu? Also, not AC:BF I have the GTX 770 and my parts are a bit better but I can only run it on 1080. I think you can run Batman:AO on maximum because I can and never had fps drops.

provided the 12V rail comes with enough amperage, it's doable. though i'd still recommend getting 550-650W just for some headroom

I think the xfx 550 watt is much better for the price than the rosewill one. Also I think that everything else looks pretty good, but you could probably find a free dvd drive and spend the extra money on a motherboard that is a little better. Nothing wrong but better ones have some nicer features.
