Current GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 640 Rev 2 1GB GDDR5 GK 208 GPU
CPU: Intel Core i5-3330
RAM: 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600 Mhz
Current PSU: 300w

I am just simply needing some suggestions on what i can get with $200, that is including a power supply if needed, which will more than likely be needed. Both Nvidia and Amd suggestions are all welcome. All power supplies that are of decent quality and recommended is welcomed. Also if this was my budget would i actually even get an improvement in performance from a GT 640? I also have a brand new GTX 650 somewhere, all new, never been used i have no idea why. I think it was purchased around the time i got the GT 640. Yeah i bought a GT 640 then a GTX 650, no lie. I guess i just wanted something for backup in case one of the two didn't work. I guess most of you guys would use the stronger card first being the GTX 650, but i don't know why i did it the way i did. It just happened. Anyways all input is welcome. I also might be able to sell the GTX 650 but i don't know who would buy a GTX 650 now i mean with all the 750's and stuff. I want a recommendation that is about $200 US without the rebate savings included, im talking about the price i pay at the exact moment not what i can get if i waste all my time trying to fill out forms and mailing and waiting. Rebates are kind of pointless to me, its like asking a customer "hey do you want to save cash? Well you are going to have to do this and that and blah blah blah." Doesn't make much sense to me. Im sure people will argue but as far as im concerned i dont want the so called rebate savings to be included in $200, just the raw price. Shipping if its like $10-20 then do include it, but if its like $5-10 im sure i could live with that.

Solution
the 265 is more powerful than the 750 ti and the 760 is more powerful than the 270X. But i thought the 760 was out of your budget. The 750 Ti cards without a 6 pin connector can run on your 300w psu
