Connected LED fans, motherboard now seems to be dead, NEED HELP!

Hi,
So I connected some new bitfenix led fans and now my mother board wont work at all, nothing happens when i turn it on. I jumped the psu and it worked so i knows its not that. Is my motherboard dead? I really need help!

the issue isnt the fans, i have taken the mother board out and connected it only to the psu and it doesnt work

Looks like your motherboard is dead. Do the fans work - I was just wondering if one has a short in it that might have overstressed the motherboard?

OK coulda been anything that caused the mobo to die. eg trying to put a connector on backwards. How old was it? What make and model?
