The GTX 760 would be right up your alley if you play at 1920x1080.

If you don't have a price point, then Ill state the obvious that you should go with a GTX 780. If you want something a little less pricey then you could always try the new GTX 750 TI which has shown some great performance all around and its not very expensive either. You can find one on Newegg for about $150.00. If you give me more details on what you are looking for I can help you out more. Hope this helps.

Does the manufacturer of the video card make alot of difference?

The Elder Scrolls Online, like the other Elder Scrolls games, favor Nvidia Geforce graphics cards. They just run better with these games. So you're probably better off going with Nvidia if you will mostly be playing this game. I agree that the GTX 760 is probably the best card for what you're looking for, it runs above 60 fps on average with 1080p on ultra settings. It's pretty much the sweet spot for 1080p.

And the card manufacturer won't make a big difference but you usually can't go wrong with Asus or EVGA.

I have a evga GTX 760 superclocked and im already maxed out at 60fps at 1900x1080. DO not waste your money on a better graphics card.
