Greetings,

A while back I was looking into a pretty serious gaming pc but due to financial reasons it fell through and I ultimately had to scrap it. I'm back on my feet now, though, and I think I'm ready to tackle the world of PC gaming again. :)

Problem is, everything I knew about PCs is gone now and I'm completely lost as to what parts are best for what price. Any help with my PC is appreciated.

I'm starting from scratch, so I will need peripherals, OS, monitor, all of it. This will shrink the budget no doubt, but maybe I'll have enough money to put something good together. Ideally the PC will be able to run games such as guild wars 2 and the battlefield series at high settings with a good fps, but I'm not sure if thats possible within my price range. Nonetheless, I'd like to try and do it so if you guys have any suggested builds please do tell. :)

Cheers!
Matt

I'm not an expert, I am very interested though; in the options available, what's suggested and most of all in the solution you choose.
