Hello,

I am building a PC and looking to go with the following setup:

CPU: Intel i5 Quad Core 3.4Ghz 4670k
Motherboard: Gigabyte 787X-UD3H
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX770 2GB ACX Edition
PSU: CXM 600W Modular 80 Plus Bronze Certified

I have read on the card manufactuers website that there is a 600W minum requirement, however I have read on some forums it would be best to go for 700W+. I have also read that 600W would be more than enough if the PSU is of a decent quality.

I would imagine the PSU I have picked is a decent quality one and should be sufficient to power the above set up efficiently however I want to be 110% sure before I commit to any pruchases so I would appreciate a definitive answer if at all possible.

Thanks in advance.

Well, the PSU you picked isn't what I would call decent quality; it won't burn your house down or anything but it is a pretty low quality unit (better units can be had for the same price). With that said, it will provide enough power for the parts you listed.

Thanks for your feedback I'm sorry I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to this but are you able to recommend any other PSU's that's will do a better job of running my set up?

A CX600M has 46 amps on the 12v rail and a GTX 770 only needs 42 , so your power supply is sufficient to run those specs easily.
