Well I know I have to install a the driver for my USB mouse, but the driver is in a cd that came with the motherboard.
But for some reasons the software is made in such a way that you must have a mouse to install the driver needed to be happy

Don't plug your mouse into the usb 3.0 port until you get the drivers installed, or else it won't work. Find a usb 2.0 port on your case or motherboard then install your drivers. After that is finished restart your system and then you can plug in your mouse to the 3.0 port but I recommend using a usb 2.0 port for your mouse unless you have a really fast gaming mouse with a high dpi
