What spec's am I looking for to make sure that it will run on my comp other than power usage? Does the motherboard/processor matter?

(Sorry, new to building comps, have only built one so far)

Solution
That card is perfectly fine for those games. Will perform well. You could get an i3 if you don't already have a processor and make sure the processor is compatible with the motherboard you decide on.

Getting a card that was rec to me by a friend for a budget build that i'm doing. About $150-$175 is what i'm looking for cause it's going to be used for low end gaming if that (but when used will run Diablo 3, League of Legends, and such games), mainly for school.

What i'm looking at atm:
GIGABYTE GV-N75TOC-2GI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
