Hello.

Well, I'll just get straight to the point.
I have an Acer Aspire 4738. Its LCD is working perfectly. But there's a strange problem when I put this laptop above my old laptop. This old laptop is a CLEVO CO M54SR (I don't think I've to mention this, but well, just in case ...). It's essentially dead (thought the battery is still attached). So, back to putting my laptop above my old laptop. When I put it above it (without anything between both laptops), my LCD Backlight will suddenly die (the screen works fine thought, I can barely see something on it). And if I move it at least 5 cm above the old laptop, the LCD Backlight will suddenly on again. I've tried every possible angle, the result is the same. Anybody knows what caused this? This's not really a huge problem, I simply found this out when I was randomly using my old laptop as some kind of table for my laptop on my bed.

LEDs are easily affected by nearby emf sources such as batteries. We've got LED lights in our house that glow all night because of the nearby electrical wires.
