like the title said, is this a good built with a xeon processor, and is this good enough for bf4 ultra while recording? also, i want to know whether this build is compatible or good with the case i chose. and, how many fans do i need to add? 12/14/20cm? and where do i have to put it?
although i still dont know how many fans will come with the casing, pre-installed.

give me your opinion guys, thanks!

From what I have seen the xeon is a decent processor for editing videos. If you have the money what I would change is I would go ahead and upgrade to the i'7, I would also upgrade the ram to at least 16gigs you will notice when editing videos you will go through ram like crazy. But I would also upgrade your video card to something like the gtx 780 because it is a really nice card for the price, and if you plan on doing any higher res gaming or editing you will notice a good increase in performance. For a case I would suggest anything from corsair, or nzxt. I would buy something like good pressure optimized fans like the noctua fans just replace any 120mm and 140mm case fans with the nocuas. If you don't have the budget for those you...

It should be a good build. I would almost upgrade to a gtx 780 if you have the extra money because right now that is the best price performance card out that for the price. An xeon will really only benefit you if you do something like video editing or programming to be honest. For gaming a 4670k or a 4770k would better fit the pure gamer.

oh i forgot to mention that i also do video editing/rendering. the video is from the footage of gameplay that i record. the size is big, so i thought that i would need something like i7 for heavy video editing. but since xeon is practically an i7 without the ability to be over clocked, and since i dont do OC (i can't, i dont know how to, and i heard its dangerous for the components), so i pick xeon. what do you think? is is a good decision?

and what about the case? i dont know how many fan will come with the case, so i dont know how many fans i will have to buy to make this computer withstand being turned on for like 10-15 hours a day. also, i heard that xeon will have the advantage over i7 if I'm gonna leave the computer on for that many hours, is that right?

If you don't have the budget for those you could go cheaper and buy something like http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Series-AF120-Edition-CO-9050002-WW/dp/B007RESG7G for the 120mm fans these are great fans and come in packs of two. for the 140mm http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181028 same fan only the 140mm version. Your power supply should be more than enough to handle your build it has a super strong 12v rail and lots of good power delivery features. the case you chose should also be just fine

how about the 120mm cooler master extra flo? is it any good? and i heard that having too many fans will be bad for the air flow. how may fans do you suggest me to put there, and in what positions?

You do realize that the 1230v3 is nothing more than an i7 without IGP and added ECC support right? It will perform just the same as an i7. Spending more, just because it says i7, is foolish at best.
